^PENCOTT

El patrón ^PenCott® debe su nombre a dos pioneros británicos del camuflaje en la Segunda Guerra Mundial, Sir Roland Penrose y el Dr. Hugh Cott, y fue desarrollado por Hyde Definition. Las características clave de los patrones ^PenCott® son la geometría de 360°: la inclusión de formas fractales grandes, medianas y pequeñas hace que los patrones sean eficaces a corta, media y larga distancia y su orientación no lineal hace que el patrón sea totalmente eficaz tanto si el usuario está de pie, arrodillado o tumbado. Profundidad + Mezcla + Perturbación: la combinación de formas multidimensionales, capas límite y micropatrones dispersos crea la ilusión de profundidad a la vez que distorsiona la forma del usuario y se mezcla con el entorno. Tonos y texturas naturales: la compleja textura del patrón orgánico combinada con colores acordes con el entorno proporciona una excelente cobertura en una gran variedad de tipos de terreno.

RIPSTOP

Se trata de un tejido desarrollado en EE.UU. durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Se fabrica mediante una técnica especial y se caracteriza por una muy buena relación peso/estabilidad y en una alta resistencia al desgarro. En el fino tejido se tejen hilos de urdimbre o trama más gruesos a intervalos de 5-8 mm, lo que confiere a la mercancía una textura rugosa. El material utilizado es del mismo fabricante y tiene especificaciones similares al material ULENA utilizado para la producción de los equipos ACR.

The PenCott^® series is named after two WWII British camouflage pioneers - Sir Roland Penrose and Dr. Hugh Cott and developed by Hyde Definition company. Key Features of the PenCott^® patterns are 360° pattern geometry: the inclusion of large, medium and small fractal shapes makes the patterns effective at close, mid, and long range – and, because of its non-linear orientation, the pattern is fully effective whether the wearer is standing, kneeling or prone. Depth + Blending + Disruption: the combination of multi-sized shapes, high-difference boundary layers and a hypoacuitively dithered micro-pattern creates the illusion of depth, whilst also disrupting the shape of the wearer and blending into the environment. Natural tones and textures: the complex organic pattern texture, combined with environmentally matched colors, delivers superior concealment across a wide range of terrain.

Material developed in the USA during the Second World War. It is manufactured using a special technique and is characterized by a very good weight-to-stability ratio and high tear strength. At regular intervals, thicker fibers are woven transversely and longitudinally into the material. This prevents defects from spreading when mechanically ruptured. The material is from the same manufacturer, and has similar specifications, as the ULENA material used for the production of the Czech Army equipment.

VZ.95

Camouflage pattern used by the Czech Army. It contains irregular black, dark brown, olive green and light green fields. It differs from the american Woodland pattern by using a smaller amount of dark color. It's developed especially for conditions and environment of the Czech Republic. Another variant of the vz.95 is the Desert designed for desert environments. The material is from the same manufacturer, and has similar specifications, as the ULENA material used for the production of the Czech Army equipment.
